For State Representative
The 60th district needs an experienced, dedicated and effective leader working in its best interest in Lansing. Sean McCann is that leader.
For ten years (1999 to 2009) over five terms, Sean had the honor of serving on the Kalamazoo City Commission and helping lead Kalamazoo to a better tomorrow. A vital downtown, improved neighborhoods, strong public safety, fighting the dumping of PCBs and more were some of the hallmarks of his work in city service.
As a dedicated non-profit executive Sean helped strengthen the vitality of Kalamazoo's Historic Vine Neighborhood, and he raised funds to help sustain regional human services provided by the American Red Cross.
As a community volunteer and leader Sean has devoted his time and energy to important work in all aspects of our quality of life and has shown the ability to get things done.
Now Sean seeks to bring his experience, dedication and responsiveness to the people of the 60th District. He will focus on restoring Michigan's economy and creating jobs, solving the state's difficult budget situation, continue making Michigan's education system top-notch, and providing excellent constituent service to the district in the the spirit of those who have represented the district in the past.
Your assistance is needed to support Sean's campaign to be State Representative. With your help, he will continue to provide effective leadership, maintain the great things happening in Kalamazoo and beyond, effectively address our challenges, and remain responsive to the diverse needs of the community.
Any assistance you can give — volunteering, endorsing his candidacy, contributing financial resources— will help bring about victory in 2010.
